Walls :
All external walls are 9” thk Brick work and internal
walls are 4½” thk Brick work.
Doors & Windows :
Main door will be in fully paneled Teak Wood.
For other doors, windows and ventilator frames will be country wood, Country wood for window shutters and Hydraulic flush door (water proof) for door shutters.
Floor & Wall Tiles :
Vitrified tiles for floor and Anti skid tiles for Bath flooring, Bath walls finish
with tiles and In Kitchen at Platform area.
Painting :
For inner and outer walls finished with 1 coat of primer and
2 coats of emulsion over one coat of putty.
Electrical :
Wiring (ISI) will be concealed and suitable for 3 phase
connection. Basic model switches for necessary points.
Sanitary & Fittings :
Parryware for Sanitary fittings and Cherry or KAG for C.P. fittings.
Shelving :
RCC or Cuddapah Shelves and Loft will be provided in
Bedroom and Kitchen Kitchen Platform will be Granite & Stainless Steel Sink will be provided.
